We at United Immigration Services also assist in preparing immigration forms for persons who intend to invest and live in the United States by way of the EB-5 Program.
EB-5 Program
The EB-5 Program allow investors (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21) that are eligible to apply for a Green Card (permanent residence) if they are able to make the necessary investment in a commercial enterprise in the United States and plan to create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.

EB-5 visa applicants are required to make an investment of $1,000,000, or $500,000 if the job creation occurs in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), into a U.S. business venture. TEA designation applies to projects in either a rural area or in a high unemployment area.
